Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at aynevolpressbooks@gmail.com so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within seven (7) working days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item.

Unsigned Books (Printed and Fulfilled by BookVault)

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the book is damaged or defective, contact us within seven (7) working days of delivery.

A defective book is one with a manufacturing fault, not normal printing or formatting variations.

We may request that the book be returned for inspection. If the claim is valid, we will replace the book and refund any return shipping costs.

Disputes about defects may involve an independent third-party authority, and their decision will be final.

Signed Books

Signed books are personalized products and are considered final sale. They are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind, ordering errors, or other non-defect-related reasons.

If a signed book arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within seven (7) working days of delivery. We may request photographs of the issue and will review the claim to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

External Paperbacks and eBooks

Any issues relating to paperbacks or eBooks purchased through third-party retailers must be handled directly with the retailer from whom the product was purchased. We cannot process refunds, returns, or replacements for products purchased through third-party platforms.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

  • Approved claims involving damaged or defective products.
  • Orders that have not yet entered production or shipment.
