The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Meenah. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, online store, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Use Our Services

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. Parents or guardians are responsible for any minor dependents using the Services.

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, and shipping information and maintaining the security of your account. You may not transfer or share your account with anyone else.

2. Products & Orders

We sell physical books, digital books, and merchandise.

  • Physical books printed and shipped by BookVault. Meenah handles customer service, but shipping times depend on BookVault.

  • External paperbacks and eBooks sold via third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' policies. Meenah is not responsible for the fulfillment of external books.

  • All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Orders are for personal use only and not for resale.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once items are with the carrier.

4. Damaged or Defective Books (BookVault)

  • If a BookVault-printed book is damaged or defective, you must contact Meenah within seven (7) working days of delivery.

  • A defective book is one with a manufacturing fault, not normal printing or formatting variations.

  • Meenah may request that the book be returned for inspection. If the claim is valid, Meenah will replace the book and refund any return shipping costs.

  • Disputes about defects may involve an independent third-party authority; their decision will be final.

  • Claims outside the 7-day window or not following these steps will not be accepted.

5. Prices & Payment

  • Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice.

  • Taxes, shipping, and handling fees are added where applicable.

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to pay for all orders placed under your account.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services—text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and designs—is owned by Meenah or their licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services lawfully and not to:

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Engage in fraud, spam, or malicious activity.

  • Harass, threaten, or harm others.

  • Upload viruses or harmful code.

Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

8. Third-Party Links

The Services may link to external sites (Amazon, indie bookstores, etc.). Meenah is not responsible for content, policies, or shipping of third-party sites. Please review their terms before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Meenah is not liable for any damages for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, from your use of our Services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Meenah and the their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, suits, losses, settlements, judgements, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms of Use or any applicable laws.

11. Privacy

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review it and usage of the Services is an agreement to the Terms of Service.

12. Termination

If we believe you are using the Services illegally or in violation of these Terms, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your access to the Services. We also reserve the right to take any legal action necessary to prevent further violations.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post updates on this page, and you are encouraged to review them regularly. Your continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
