Processing & Printing

All standard physical books ordered through our store are printed on demand by BookVault. Production typically takes 3–5 business days before shipping.

Signed Copies

Signed copies are fulfilled manually and shipped on Fridays and Saturdays.

Because each signed order is processed and packed individually, please allow up to 7 days for processing before shipment, depending on when your order is placed, plus an additional 1–8 business days for USPS delivery.

Most signed copy orders arrive within 1–2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to postal delays, holidays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Times (BookVault Orders Only)

Delivery times depend on your location and the courier selected:

UK Domestic: Royal Mail, DPD, or The Delivery Group, usually 1–5 working days

Europe: FedEx or The Delivery Group, usually 3–7 working days

United States: UPS Ground or USPS Media Mail, usually 1–8 business days

Other International: Delivery time varies depending on destination and local postal services

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur during high-volume periods, customs processing, weather disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available.

Customs, Duties & Local Delays

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or delays caused by local postal services.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment with BookVault or the applicable shipping carrier.

External Products

Paperbacks, eBooks, or products purchased through third-party retailers are not handled by Meenah. Shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds for those purchases are subject to the policies of the retailer where the item was purchased.

Refund & Returns (BookVault Orders Only)

Due to the print-on-demand nature of BookVault orders, refunds are generally not offered.

Damaged or defective books: Contact Meenah within 7 business days of delivery.

A defective book is defined as a book with a manufacturing fault and does not include normal printing variations or formatting differences.

Meenah may request that the book be returned for inspection. If the claim is verified, a replacement copy will be provided and return shipping costs will be refunded.

Disputes may involve an independent third-party authority, whose decision will be considered final.

Exchanges: Exchanges are not available. Please review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.

Refund exceptions: Refunds are available only for damaged or defective orders.
